We have an entry level opportunity for an Admin Support Officer to join our team based in our Catering facility in Bella Vista on a fixed-term contract until June 2020. You will be joining a Christian organisation with a history of service spanning over 160 years. We provide accommodation, care and community services to people at all stages of life.

This role reports to the Operations Manager and will be responsible for completing reception duties as well as general administration tasks and supporting your team through ensuring a high standard of administrative activities.

Key duties:

  • Welcoming visitors to reception and answering phone enquiries
  • Ordering and maintaining office supplies
  • General administrative tasks (filing, scanning, email correspondence)

What we are looking for from you:

  • Have gained 6+ months experience within an administrative role
  • Ability to work independently while providing support to a team
  • Experience within a hospitality environment and understanding of food safety will be beneficial
