Anglicare at Home provides services that support older people to live independently and enjoy the things they love both at home and in the community. Our administrative team support our capable team of Allied Health Specialists to provide great service to our clients.
About the role:
We are seeking an experienced, flexible and service-orientated Administration Assistant, to provide administrative support to Anglicare's Allied Health team.
In this valued role, you will work with a small team and provide administrative duties to support the At Home Allied Health team to achieve its objectives to a high standard.
*Maintain a high level of professionalism and reflect the values of Anglicare in all communication both written and verbal.
*Complete all administrative duties with a focus on ensuring timeliness and accuracy, in line with the organisations policies and procedures
*Ensure outstanding customer service is provided across all administrative functions and has a solutions based approach
*Ensure excellent client information and records are documented and maintained
Your previous administrative/receptionist experience and commitment to great customer service, will support the Allied Health Community Team to effectively deliver important health services to the community.
*Experience working in aged care or similar environment preferred
*Well-developed communication skills and positive phone manner
*effective time-management and organisational skills
*Intermediate skill level in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook and incident reporting as prescribed in the WHSIMS

*Ability to communicate to all levels of staff and management and develop strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
