Anglicare is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Woodberry Village in Winston Hills, NSW. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents in a warm and welcoming community setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering person-centered care to residents in accordance with their individual care plans
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitoring residents' health and well-being, and promptly responding to any changes or concerns
• Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the holistic care needs of residents are met
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation

Shifts Available:

• Monday - Thursday: 06:30 - 15:00
• Monday, Tuesday, and Friday: 06:30 - 15:00
• Monday and Thursday: 14:30 - 23:00

Requirements:

• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse
• Proven experience in aged care or a similar setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team and autonomously
• Flexibility to work various shifts as required
