Responsibilities:

• Providing personal care and support to residents according to their individual care plans, during afternoon and evening shifts from Tuesday to Saturday (14:30 - 21:00).
• Assisting residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Supporting residents with mobility and transferring as needed.
• Monitoring residents' health and reporting any changes to the nursing team.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and social interactions.
• Maintaining a safe and clean environment for residents.
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure holistic care for residents.

Requirements:

• Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in aged care or a similar role is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to improve the lives of others.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and evenings.
