We are seeking a passionate and engaging Health and Wellness Coordinator, to provide a high level of service to our residents at Anglicare Glenhaven Green Retirement Village. 

In this role, you will provide guidance and comfort to our prospective new residents and families during their intake interview process. Your ability to easily build rapport with people and great listening skills, will ensure your success in this role.

The Health and Wellness Coordinator will work closely with our Anglicare at Home Community team to implement support services.

Key Responsibilities:

*Build good relationships with residents and staff, contributing to the Village community in a positive way

*Implement plans to meet the social, service and health needs of our valued residents and support their goal to continue to live independently.

*Use strong organisational and administrative abilities to prepare all resident documentation in a timely and accurate manner.

*Contribute to supporting Anglicare's core values, providing opportunities for spiritual support and pastoral care for our loved residents.

About you:
