What You'll Do:
🌱 Coordinate and manage onsite gardening projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to the highest standards.
🌱 Lead a small team of Ground Persons, inspiring excellence and fostering a positive working environment.
🌱 Build strong relationships with residents, providing them with choice and respect in how they experience daily life.
🌱 Project management to ensure outcomes are achieved within budgets and timelines.
🌱 Perform various landscape duties including mowing, chemical application, pruning, pest and disease identification, and more.
🌱 Operate machinery and ensure its proper care and maintenance.
What You'll Bring:
🌟 Experience or qualifications in Gardening, Horticulture, Landscape Maintenance, or related discipline.
🌟 Current NSW driver's license.
🌟 Leadership experience or willingness to participate in our leadership course.
🌟 Understanding of annual garden displays and turf renovation practices.
🌟 Excellent communication skills and a customer service focus.
